Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Atlas PM, a property management platform brand owned and operated by TW Holdings LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an account or using Atlas PM, you agree to these Terms.

Using Atlas PM

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Atlas PM is offered on a subscription basis, including a 14-day free trial for new accounts.

Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings; changes take effect as described at the time of the change. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse Atlas PM, including attempting to access data belonging to another organization, interfering with the platform's operation, or using the service for any unlawful purpose.

Your Data

You retain ownership of the property, tenant, and lease data you enter into Atlas PM. We access it only as necessary to provide and support the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Service Availability

We aim to keep Atlas PM available and reliable, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Atlas PM after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
